Mumbai: Famous Bollywood filmmaker Karan Johar has postponed the release of his film Yudha in view of the release of Shah Rukh Khan’s film ‘Dinky’ and Brabhaas’s ‘Saalar’.
According to Indian media sources, the date of December 15 was fixed for Siddharth Malhotra’s film, but due to the clash between ‘Dinky’ and ‘Saalar’, a new date will be announced for the film.
According to sources, Karan Johar believes that if two mega films are released in the third week of December, then it will be difficult for ‘Yudha’ to sustain itself.
The KGF director’s announcement of the December 22 release of ‘Saalar’ sent shockwaves through the industry and is being touted as one of the biggest hits in Bollywood.
According to media sources, Karan Johar’s friendship with Shah Rukh Khan is very strong and he also has a good relationship with Prabhas, so he wants to avoid a clash with him.
It is not yet clear whether the release of ‘Yudha’ will be premature or postponed till 2024, the matter will be clarified in the next few days.
