Lahore: The Anti-Terrorism Court has summoned Maryam Aurangzeb and others in the disturbing conversation case.
Anti-terrorism court judge Abhar Gul Khan heard the case of making seditious speech. During the hearing, lawyer Zeeshan Ghani appeared on behalf of Sohail Khan MDPTV and Rashid Baig producer PTV, while lawyers did not appear on behalf of Maryam Aurangzeb and Javed Latif.
The court adjourned the hearing of the case against former federal information minister Maryam Aurangzeb, Javed Latif and others till October 14 and summoned the accused again.
It should be noted that the court rejected the request of the police to discharge the accused. Green Town Police has registered a case against the accused.
