Peshawar: Rejecting the new constituencies and changes, Awami National Party announced to go to court.
President ANP Pakhtunkhwa Amil Wali Khan said that the population of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa has been deliberately understated, which is not acceptable in any case, due to unnecessary changes in constituencies, it is having a negative impact on the entire political process.
Amil Wali Khan said that reducing six seats of the National Assembly in proportion to the population is an excess and injustice, millions of people of Pakhtunkhwa are living in other provinces due to terrorism and they were ignored in the census.
He said that on one hand there is no authority over natural resources and on the other hand international trade has also been stopped in Pakhtunkhwa. Pakhtunkhwa province is rich in natural resources and the richest province but we are not being given our right. They will not tolerate being treated like a stepmother to a province affected by terrorism.
The provincial president of ANP said that Awami National Party will communicate with other political parties and announce the action plan very soon.
