Lucky Marwat: Armed terrorists attacked the jail, police station and police post in Lakki Marwat district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa one after the other.
At around 11:30 pm, armed terrorists attacked the jail, Police Checkpoint Lucky City and Police Station Lucky from three sides in Lakki Marwat district of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
The terrorists threw grenades at the police post and fired indiscriminately. The officials present at the police post took vigorous retaliatory action as a result of which the accused escaped. Later, the armed men attacked the Lakki Marwat police station, which was fought bravely by the brave police personnel and forced the terrorists to flee.
The senior police officer said that terrorists carried out three attacks in succession, in which police station, police post and jail building were targeted, but due to the timely action of the police, the terrorists faced failure at all three places.
He said that there was no loss of life as a result of the two-way firing and the armed terrorists escaped from the spot and a search operation was started in the surrounding areas.
