Chicken sandwiches
Ingredients:
Chicken Buti (Half Kg)
Butter (one packet)
Finely chop the mint (a bunch).
double bread (one piece)
Cut the onion (two pieces) into strips

Finely chop green chillies (four pieces).
Fresh warm milk (half a cup)
Chopped black pepper (one teaspoon)
Ginger paste (one tablespoon)
Tandoori masala (two tablespoons)
Oil (two tablespoons)
Fresh cream (three tablespoons)
Mayonnaise (optional)
salt (to taste)
Recipe:
Wash the chopped onions and soak them in salted water for two minutes, then add lemon juice, salt, finely chopped mint and finely chopped green chillies. After that add ginger mixture and salt to the chicken broth and crush it slightly, then add tandoori masala, fresh cream and chopped black pepper and keep it for five minutes. After that, heat oil in a frying pan and fry the chicken. When the water dries up, cool the chicken and cut into thin slices. Now mix the mayonnaise and butter in a separate bowl, then add the warm milk and refrigerate for three minutes. After that, first apply mayonnaise and butter on each toast and spread the chicken. Now add some prepared onion and place the second tosa on top and cut the edges. Cut it into two pieces in the middle to make a delicious sandwich.
Vegetable Chowman
Ingredients:
Finely chop the cabbage (one piece).
Finely chop the capsicum (two).
Carrot (2 pcs) finely chopped
Clean the bean sprouts (one cup).
Finely chop the green onion (two bunches).
Noodles (half packet)
Oil (five tablespoons)
Finely chop the onion (one).
Ginger-garlic mixture (one teaspoon)
Soy sauce (two tablespoons)
White vinegar (two tablespoons)
salt (to taste)
Cut green chillies (six pieces) long and thinly
Chili sauce (two tablespoons)
Chopped red chillies (one teaspoon)
Chicken cubes (one piece)
Sesame oil (one teaspoon)
Chicken cube flour (one tablespoon)
Recipe:
Heat water in a pot and add noodles and two tablespoons of oil to boil. When the noodles are cooked, drain the water. Now wash the noodles with cold water and add some oil again. Then heat three tablespoons of oil in a pan and turn the onions light pink. Now add ginger, garlic mixture and fry lightly. And add cabbage, capsicum, carrot, soy sauce, white vinegar, salt and green pepper and fry for two minutes. Then add the noodles, then add chili sauce, red pepper, chicken cubes and salt and mix well quickly and add sesame oil. Now add bean sprouts and green onion leaves on top and drink it hot.
