India’s star actor Rajinikanth was not the first choice of director for the film ‘Jailor’.
According to Indian media reports, Rajinikanth’s film ‘Jailor’ has turned out to be a blockbuster at the box office, setting new records.
It’s been a long time since Rajinikanth has had a film that has turned out to be a hit, but no one knows that he was not the first priority for director Nelson Dilip Kumar but another actor.
According to the report, the actor the director wanted to cast, rather than outright denying it, hung up on his decision to act in Jailer.
Nelson Dilip Kumar wanted to cast Charan Jeevi in the lead role in Jailer, who did not want to do it due to the lack of a dance song in the film.
According to the report, Charan Jeevi did not explicitly forbid the director from offering the film, but hung up saying ‘Let’s see later’.
