Peshawar: Students who passed MD CAT test protested in front of Peshawar Press Club, demanding action against students involved in cheating instead of retaking the test.
According to Express News, a large number of students participated in the protest, who also raised slogans against the decision to take the test twice and against the copying mafia.
The protestors said that by re-conducting the MD CAT, the future of 46,000 students is being played with. Why is it being played?
The students said that we have doubts about the JIT as well, the test is being conducted again to reward themselves, a judicial inquiry should be conducted into the incident and the characters involved in the incident should be punished.
The protestors demanded release of the results and said that we conducted the test in a transparent manner so it should not be cancelled. Passed the test now it is unfair to cancel it.
The students made it clear that if the tests are cancelled, we will file a writ in the court.
