Islamabad: The anti-terrorism court granted bail to 9 accused including Sanam Javed and Rubina Jameel in the Jinnah House attack case and ordered their release, while rejecting the bail application of 55 accused including Khadija Shah.
Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Arshad Javed delivered a verdict on bail pleas filed by PTI workers in the Jinnah House attack case.
Court granted bail to PTI workers arrested in Jinnah House attack case. Sanam Javed, Rubina Jameel, Afshan Tariq, Ashma Shuja, Shah Bano, Syed Faisal Akhtar, Qasim, Ali Hussain Qadri and other 9 accused are among those who have been granted bail.
The court also ordered the release of the PTI workers who were granted bail and ordered all the accused to deposit Rs 1 lakh.
On the other hand, the Anti-Terrorism Court issued a decision on the bails of 55 accused including Khadija Shah in the Jinnah House attack case and rejected the applications for release on bail.
