A newlywed bride and her father-in-law were killed in a double murder incident at a wedding of their choice in Sohal area of Chontra police station, Rawalpindi. The husband was seriously injured in the firing.
According to the police, a girl who got married in Rawalpindi was killed along with her father-in-law last night. The newly-wed bride Sadia and father-in-law Qazi Khalid were among those who were killed. The husband of the deceased girl was injured. Escaped from the scene.
The police shifted the dead bodies and the injured to the hospital where the post-mortem of the dead bodies will be done while the injured were given aid.
