GHQ attack case hanged due to non-availability of judge

The three main courts of Rawalpindi have been without judges for a long time and now the GHQ attack case is hanging due to lack of judges.

According to Express News, judges have not been appointed in Anti-Terrorism Court, Anti-Corruption Court and FIA Court, 10 cases of May 9 tragedy, 55 cases of kidnapping for ransom and terrorism are pending in the Anti-Terrorism Court. Not happening.

67 cases of FIA cybercrime, human trafficking are pending due to lack of judges in FIA court. 98 cases of corruption against police officers, patwaris and government employees are pending due to the absence of anti-corruption court judges.

According to the judicial sources, the appointment of new judges in the three courts is expected in the next month of October.
