Karachi: The Judicial Magistrate Central has ordered both the parties to sit and settle the matter and submit their reply in the anti-harassment case related to the alleged fraud of crores of rupees in online shopping.
In Karachi City Court, before the Judicial Magistrate Central Court, the case of harassment against the victims of Rida Tabasim, the alleged fraud of crores of rupees in online shopping, was heard. More than 40 male and female victims reached the court for justice.
The lawyer of the victims, Javed Ahmed Chhatari Advocate, stated that my client was cheated in business, the money should be returned. The lawyer of the plaintiff’s case took the position that we are ready to return the money of the victims, sit down and settle the issues, sit down and discuss, give some time and return the money.
The court ordered both the parties to sit and settle the issues and submit the answer. The court remarked that the parties should submit their reply by March 1.
Before the hearing, the victims protested and demonstrated in the city court. A large number of women were among the affected citizens. On this occasion, Javed Chattari, the lawyer of the victims, said that hundreds of people were defrauded. 20 crores were defrauded with the victims.
The victimized women said that Rida Tabasam cheated us in the name of buying and selling branded clothes.
