Islamabad: Nepra has said that net metering customers will continue to sell surplus electricity to the DISCOs at Rs 19.32 per unit.
In the country, Nepra has issued a decision on the proposed amendment to the (Alternative and Renewable Energy) Distributed Generation and Net Metering Regulation 2015 to promote net metering.
According to the decision, net metering users will continue to sell additional electricity to the DISCOs at the rate of Rs 19 32 paise per unit.
The Nepra spokesperson said that the Nepra authority had sought feedback from the stakeholders and the public for the amendment of the regulations and had also held a public hearing.
