Karachi: Caretaker Federal Minister for Information Murtaza Solangi said that Nawaz Sharif’s return has nothing to do with caretaker government.
Talking to the media at the Governor’s House, Murtaza Solangi said that according to the census, the work of constituencies is going on, political parties must be given 54 days for election campaign.
He further said that the caretaker government does not have the power to legislate, those who object to the Election Commission can go to court, the work of constituencies as per the census is going on.
While supporting Chief Justice Qazi Faiz Isa’s decision to restore the student union in Quaid-e-Azam University Islamabad, he said that there is no martial law in this country, this country has a constitution. I personally think that student organizations are the first step of democracy. .
Murtaza Solangi said that student organizations have been banned during the martial law era, it has increased negative activities, if Qazi Faiz Isa has taken this decision, it is a good thing.
