Mumbai: Bollywood king Shah Rukh Khan’s mega thriller action film ‘Jawan’ has crossed the 500 crore mark in Hindi cinema.
According to Indian media sources, the actor’s film will soon set a new record by making a total business of 1000 crores at the global level.
With 500 crores, the Bollywood King’s film is at number six at the Indian box office and it took just two weeks to achieve this milestone.
‘Jawan’ earned 75 crores in Indian cinema on the first day, while ‘RRR’ earned 134 crores on the first day.
‘RRR’ earned a business of 477 crores in one week while ‘Jawan’ has reached 206 crores in one week.
The overall highest grosser at the Indian box office is Baahubali 2 which topped the list with 1031 crores.
