Islamabad: 4 officers of CDA were arrested from the court room after bail was dismissed in the CDA fake files preparation case.
According to the details, those arrested include former assistant director Anaitullah, former EMO Aftab Jafri, dealing assistant Mukhtar Ali Solangi and Gurdawar Mohammad Shiraz.
Two more Patwaris Waqar Khan and Fakhr Abbas of CDA Shabaa Revenue were discharged for non-compliance. All officers and officials are accused of preparing fake files of Sector D/13/3.
In the FIR, Deputy Director L&R, Irfan Ahmed, DDL&R and then Additional Director E&A/8 Tamur Ahmed, former Diary Dispatch Clerk Waqar Ali were also named, while Assistant Director-Admitting Zulfiqar Junejo, Additional Director, was also named in the FIR. Investigation is on to determine the role of E&A Irfan Khan, other officers and officials and private individuals.
All the accused have been accused of colluding with fraud and causing loss of crores of rupees to the public exchequer.
