Awami National Party leader Arbab Ghulam Muhammad Kasi’s tortured body was found in Kuchlak area of Balochistan.
According to the details, the body of Arbab Ghulam Muhammad Kasi was recovered from the Western Bypass, which was taken into custody and transferred to the hospital for post-mortem.
According to the police, the persons involved in the murder of Arbab Ghulam Muhammad Kasi could not be immediately identified, however, the investigation in this regard is ongoing.
On the other hand, Awami National Party chief Asfand Yar Wali has strongly condemned the killing of Arbab Ghulam Kasi and said that he was a peaceful, modest citizen and responsible for the party.
He claimed that Arbab Ghulam Kasi was killed in a target killing and this incident was a continuation of the growing trend of terrorism and extremism. He said that increasing incidents of terrorism in Pakhtunkhwa and Balochistan are not being taken seriously. Targeting innocent political workers and officials is reflecting the seriousness of the situation.
He demanded that the killers of Arbab Ghulam Advocate should be arrested as soon as possible and a transparent investigation should be conducted into the incident. The Awami National Party is not afraid of such tactics, it will not back down from its stance on extremism and terrorism.
