Intensity of heat increased in the city, mercury crossed 36 degrees Celsius on Tuesday, rain is likely to continue till September 21.
According to the Department of Meteorology, the forecast for the city on Tuesday was hot and humid, during the day it was hot due to the strong sun and the speed of the sea breeze was low, the maximum temperature was 36.1 degrees Celsius while the humidity in the air was 60%, moderate monsoon. Winds are constantly entering Sindh.
According to the early warning of the Meteorological Department, the rain system may remain active in Karachi till September 21, during which wind and heavy rains are also expected. Even today, heavy rain is likely in Tharparkar, Umarkot, Badin, Sajawal and Thatta districts of rural Sindh.
