Karachi: Various personalities of the Pakistan showbiz industry have expressed grief over the death of prominent actor and well-known director Zia Mohiuddin.
Pakistani superstar Mahira Khan wrote in her tweet that her death is a great loss, the actress also paid tribute to Zia Mohiuddin for his services to the arts in the country.

Junoon group guitarist and poet Salman Ahmed announced the death of fans Zia Mohiuddin in his tweet and appealed for prayers for him and said that Zia Sahib will not be in space.
A body of work comprising of 67 years. Teacher, actor, writer, director, lyricist, orator, being Pakistani Tv’s first real host/anchor to that immaculate command on Urdu & English.

Wase Chaudhry also paid tribute to Zia Mohiuddin in his tweet and wrote that his work spanned 67 years, he was the first real host of Pakistani TV and had immense knowledge of Urdu and English.
