Lahore: Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaaf has strongly condemned the increase in the prices of petroleum products and said that the increase in petroleum prices should be withdrawn and the government’s series of extortion should be stopped.
According to the PTI spokesperson, while reacting to the increase in the prices of petrol and diesel, PTI has said that it is no longer possible to stop the public reaction against the rising inflation. Instead of setting the internal peace on fire and paving the way for chaos and disorder, the group of criminals should hold an immediate election and transfer the power to the elected government.
The PTI spokesperson said in his statement that the increase in petroleum products should be withdrawn immediately and the government’s series of extortion should be stopped. Those who run the country according to their purpose instead of the constitution and law have no room left for further experiments. This fresh hike in petrol and diesel prices will intensify the destructive wave of inflation.
He said that criminals and fools have taken out the funeral pyre of the economy, incompetent and nominal caretakers are busy trying to bury the people. It was hoped that Anwar Haq Kakar would choose a better path instead of becoming the heir of criminals, but the caretaker government is in every way an extension and continuation of the criminal government of PDM.
According to the PTI spokesperson, this increase seems to be a well thought-out conspiracy to fuel the civil war in the country after destroying the purchasing power of the people. In his statement, the spokesperson has demanded the caretaker government to abandon the cruel process of collecting the cost of failed economic policies from the people.
