Karachi: Five illegal hydrants were sealed during the operation against water thieves.
To control the water crisis in the city of Quaid and to take strict legal action against the elements who steal water, operations have been started across the city by the Water Board, Pakistan Rangers Sindh and the administration.
During the operation, 5 illegal hydrants have been sealed while the operators of the illegal water hydrants were also arrested during the operation. The tankers in which the water coming from the illegal water hydrants was collected have also been immediately sealed. Owners of illegal water hydrants are absconding, police are on the lookout for them.
