Physical theater workshop Transcending Technique was organized by American theater group ‘Uplift’ organized by Arts Council Karachi.
The International Theater Festival is ongoing at the Arts Council where various plays are being presented on a daily basis.
A series of training workshops by international theater groups has also been started in the festival.
This first theater workshop was organized by the American physical theater group ‘Uplift’.
In the workshop, members of the American theater group Uplift, Hannah Giff, Juliana Frick and Nicolette Rothier, taught the students a variety of physical theater techniques.
American instructors showed great skill in how to prepare the body for physical theater.
The theater workshop had a large number of young people who benefited from the expertise of the American group.
