Islamabad: The Election Commission has reserved the decision of the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf intra-party election case.
The PTI intra-party election case was heard by a 4-member commission headed by Election Commission member Sindh Nisar Durrani, in which Barrister Gohar appeared on behalf of PTI and told that Ali Zafar is in the High Court. So the Election Commission could not reach. Ali Zafar will give arguments in personal capacity in Election Commission. Member Sindh Nisar Durrani adjourned the hearing to wait.
Later, the Election Commission reserved its decision on the PTI intra-party election case.
Member Sindh Nisar Durrani said that PTI gave opportunities to the lawyers for arguments. PTI’s counsel did not appear for arguments even today. Due to Corona, PTI was given one year time to conduct intra-party elections.
The Election Commission rejected PTI’s counsel’s request for more time for arguments and reserved its decision on the PTI intra-party election case.
