Karachi: In the private school scandal in Gulshan Hadid, 2 women victims recorded their statement before the judicial magistrate and said that the accused school principal Irfan faked his job, raped me and made the video.
According to the details, the Nazeeba video scandal case was heard in a private school in front of the Judicial Magistrate’s Court in Karachi Malir Court. The police produced the accused Irfan Ghafoor, the school principal.
The investigating officer said that on the identification of the accused, drugs were recovered from his house. A separate case of drug recovery has also been registered against the accused. Physical remand should be given for investigation in the case related to drug recovery from the accused.
The court ordered the investigating officer to submit a progress report on the next hearing and handed over the accused to the police on 4-day physical remand.
The victimized women appeared before the Magistrate for 164 statements. On this occasion, the court sent all the people out of the courtroom except the staff.
A victim woman said that when I came to know about the arrest of accused Irfan, I went to the police station to give a statement. Accused Irfan cheated me of a job. The accused had threatened me that I will make your video viral on social media. I myself contacted the police to give a statement. This accused is Irfan Ghafoor who is present in the court.
The second victim woman recorded her statement of 164 and said that the accused called me to school on a Saturday under the pretense of a job. The accused made me sit in the office and closed the school gate and threatened me not to make noise.
The woman further said in her statement that the accused told me that you will get 50 thousand salary. The accused told me that your job will start on Saturday.
The accused again wanted to do the same thing with me on Saturday and when I refused, he slapped me. The accused threatened to post my video on social media.
The woman said that I was worried because of domestic problems so I did not tell anyone. Accused Irfan is my accused who is present in the court. After recording the statements, the court adjourned the hearing.
