The shooting of the third installment of Bollywood star Akshay Kumar’s hit film ‘Welcome’ ‘Welcome to the Jungle (Welcome 3)’ has been halted.
Akshay Kumar recently released a hilarious teaser of the movie ‘Welcome To The Jungle (Welcome 3)’.
Looking at the teaser released by the actor, it can be guessed that the film has an amazing cast consisting of Raveena Tandon, Sanjay Dutt, Sunil Shetty, Paresh Rawal, Disha Patani, and many other famous actors.
But due to Feroze Nadiadwala’s non-payment of dues raised by the Federation of Western India Chest Employees (FWICE), the production of the film has been halted.
The Federation of Western India Chest Employees (FWICE) has met Viacom 18 CEO Jyoti Deshpande and various actors and technicians involved in Feroze Nadiadwala’s film ‘Welcome to the Jungle (Welcome 3)’.
The federation is urging them to take action to ensure that producer Feroze Nadiadwala settles the payments due to filmmaker Anees Bazmee as his checks have bounced.
It may be remembered that the federation had issued a notice of non-cooperation against Feroze Nadiadwala 3 years ago.
In this regard, the president of the federation said in a statement, “We have informed all the actors of the film, including Akshay Kumar and Disha Patani, that Feroze Nadiadwala has been issued a non-cooperation notice for unpaid payments and therefore Do not shoot the film until the due amount is paid.
The statement also mentioned that Rs 2 crore has been sanctioned for technical experts.
It should be noted that the production house has also announced the release of this film on December 20 on the occasion of Christmas next year.
