Popular Bollywood actress Shilpa Shetty revealed that before her birth, her mother was advised by doctors to have an abortion.

Actress and supermodel Shilpa Shetty says that she always believed that she came into the world for a special purpose.

Shilpa Shetty, who is busy preparing for the release of her upcoming film ‘Sikhi’, has made a shocking revelation about her birth in a recent interview.

In an exclusive interview with Indian media outlet Zoom Entertainment, the actress spoke about the time when her mother believed she was going to lose her because her pregnancy was so difficult.

Shilpa Shetty says that her mother told her that when she got pregnant, she felt she was going to lose me and the doctors also suggested that the child should be aborted, my mother was very difficult. I was going through pregnancy, they thought that my birth would not be possible and I was still born, I still feel like I survived.’

Shilpa Shetty further said during the interview that I always believe that I came to this world for a purpose and my films play a role of support in my life, I might be an inspiration to those people. If you look at my social media, I’m constantly sharing uplifting messages because we all go through tough times in life, it’s not easy for everyone.’

It may be remembered that Shilpa Shetty has recently completed her 30 years in the film industry.

On the work front, the trailer of the actress’ film ‘Sikhi’ has been released, which Shilpa has also shared on her social media account.

Shilpa Shetty and Kusha Kapila and Chaitanya Chaudhary will also be seen in the film ‘Sikhi’.

The film ‘Sikhi’ will be released in theaters on September 22 this month.

It should be noted that Shilpa Shetty and Rajkundra got married on November 22, 2009.

The couple had a son in 2012, while in 2020, Shilpa and Raj had a daughter, Samisha Shetty, through surrogacy.
