North Waziristan: A soldier of Pakistan Army was martyred in the exchange of fire with terrorists

Rawalpindi: A Pakistan Army jawan was martyred in an exchange of fire between security forces and terrorists in North Waziristan.

According to ISPR, the security forces effectively targeted the hideout of terrorists in Mir Ali district of North Waziristan, but 28-year-old Lance Naik Jamshed Khan was martyred in the fierce exchange of fire.

Martyr Lance Naik Jamshed Khan belonged to Upper Dir District of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa who martyred himself while fighting bravely. A clearance operation is underway to eliminate the terrorists found in the area.

ISPR says that Pakistan’s security forces are committed to eradicating the menace of terrorism and such sacrifices of our brave soldiers strengthen our resolve.
