The girls who were doing one-wheeling on the streets of Dubai and doing stunts on the motorcycle were summoned to the traffic police office.
According to Arab media, a video of girls riding motorcycles on the streets of Dubai, one-wheeling, riding a bike with their hands off and standing on a moving motorcycle was revealed.
Dubai Police got the details of the girls after the video went viral and they were summoned to the traffic police department. A group of girls admitted to performing stunts on a motorcycle after which their bikes were confiscated.
In a statement issued by the Director General of Traffic Police, Dubai, it has been said that in a social media viral video, a group of girls were seen riding a bike without the handle, standing on the bike and doing one-wheeling, after which action was taken.
The Director General of Dubai Police further said that a girl had hidden the number plate of the motorcycle to avoid legal action so as not to be identified. Several charges have been imposed for violating traffic rules by impounding the girls’ motorcycles.
According to Dubai laws, the punishment for such violations includes a fine of 2,000 dirhams, confiscation of the vehicle for 60 days and 23 traffic points.
