Bollywood king Shah Rukh Khan is facing criticism for visiting a temple in Tirupati during the promotions of his film ‘Jawan’.
Shah Rukh Khan visited Sri Venkateswara Swamy Mandir along with his manager Pooja Dadlani and his daughter Sahana Khan along with some of the film’s team members during the promotions of the film ‘Jawan’.
A video of the actor’s visit is going viral on social media, on which Hindus are expressing grief and anger.
Some users have criticized saying why they are treating temples like tourist spots.
Other users say that all Bollywood actors who eat beef and desecrate the sacred cow should be banned from entering religious places.
It should be noted that this is not the first time that Shah Rukh Khan has faced criticism from Hindu extremists for being a Muslim and for his religious beliefs.
Earlier, at the funeral of legendary Indian singer Lata Mangeshkar, the actor had also faced criticism from Hindus for offering condolence in accordance with Islamic teachings.
