Mumbai: Bollywood film analysts have expressed the possibility that Shah Rukh Khan’s new mega-thriller ‘Jawan’ can set a new record by doing business of 70 crores on its opening day.
Blockbuster movie ‘Pathan’ was released on a normal day and made an opening day business of 57 crores while second day business crossed 70 crores.
According to analyst Atul Mohan, ‘Jawan’ can make a total of 70 to 90 crores in all its languages and will become the highest grossing Hindi film on its first day.
According to the cinema owners, the advance booking figures are very surprising and fans have become crazy about Shah Rukh Khan after the blockbuster ‘Pathan’.
According to Vishek Chauhan, ‘Jawan’ can do business of 100 crores on the first day and this will give new hope to the industry.
It should be noted that ‘Pathan’ holds the title of the highest grossing film of Hindi cinema with a total business of 543 crores at the Indian box office.
