Remand of 36 detained PTI workers rejected, release ordered

Rawalpindi: The case of 36 missing workers of Tehreek-e-Insaf has been resolved, the workers were sent from Adiala to Gujarat jail, today the civil judge rejected the judicial remand requests and ordered their release.

According to Express News, 36 workers of Tehreek-e-Insaf were released from Adiala Jail after the detention was over, but they went missing. 36 workers were brought back and arrested in Naseerabad police station riot case.

Civil Judge Sadaqat Ali rejected the judicial remand request of the police today, granted bail to the accused and ordered all 36 workers to submit a bail bond of Rs.

The court rejected both the requests for physical remand and judicial remand and ordered the police to immediately release the handcuffs and release all the workers and not arrest them again.

It should be noted that the Naseerabad police station had arrested these activists in the old case of the highway reception of the Chairman PTI.
