Islamabad: The High Court stopped Iman Mazari from being arrested in any case without informing the court.
Iman Mazari’s cases were heard on provision of details and protective bail application. Justice Mian Gul Hasan Aurangzeb of Islamabad High Court disposed of the petition by issuing an order.
The High Court directed that the court will be informed before arrest in any secret FIR.
Additional Attorney General Manoor Iqbal Dogal said that we had written to the provinces after the last hearing, faxed and WhatsApped the provinces to provide the details of the cases, the petitioners should not make such statements.
The court remarked that the case is being dealt with, if there is an FIR, you will inform the court.
