Karachi: Pakistani cricketer Shahid Afridi said that it is good to have a friendly match between India and Pakistan cricket teams in the Asia Cup.
According to Express News, Shahid Afridi while talking to media representatives said that politics should be kept separate from cricket, it is better if the message of love is given.
He said that it is good to have a match between India and Pakistan cricket teams in a friendly environment and the relationship between the two countries can only improve through cricket.
He also said that Pakistan cricket team is performing best in Asia Cup. There were exceptional performances against Nepal and India but the good combination of batting and bowling will have to be maintained. He also said that Pakistani spinners have to show some responsibility. Similarly, Shadab and Nawaz will have to get wickets.
