Anti-Terrorism Court;  Fawad Chaudhry and Shah Mehmood Qureshi bailed

Lahore: The anti-terrorism court rejected the bails of Fawad Chaudhry and Shah Mehmood Qureshi.

In the case of burning the Muslim League House in Model Town, Judge Abhar Gul of the Anti-Terrorism Court dismissed Fawad Chaudhry’s interim bail for non-appearance.

Meanwhile, in the May 9 tragedy cases, Judge Abhar Gul of the Anti-Terrorism Rigdi Court while delivering the verdict, ordered the bail of Shah Mehmood Qureshi and Fawad Chaudhry to be revoked. The court dismissed the bail on the ground of non-compliance.

Bail against Shah Mehmood Qureshi was dismissed in Model Town police station cases 366/23 and 367/23, while Fawad Chaudhry’s bail was also dismissed in Model Town police station cases 366/23 and 367/23.
