Bangalore: In the Indian state of Karnataka, 29-year-old Vishnu brutally killed his partner, 24-year-old Deva. Both were living together for 2 years.

According to Indian media, this couple from Kerala had been living in a rented house in Karnataka for two years without getting married. Both were friends since college days and were also working at the same place.

Neighbors reported to the police that they heard the sounds of fighting coming from the house next door and that the girl appeared to have been killed. When the police arrived, the body of the girl was covered in blood and the boy had escaped.

After a chase, police took 29-year-old Vishnu into custody after initial investigation said there was an altercation between the two. He suspected that Deva was cheating on him.

The residents of the neighborhood and the girl’s parents said that there had been quarrels between the two for some months. Deva’s sister also said that shortly before she died she had a conversation and Vishnu was shouting at my sister.

The police registered a case of murder against Vishnu and recovered the pressure cooker.

It may be recalled that a few months ago, the 27-year-old girl Walker was killed by her live-in relationship partner Aftab Poonawala and the body parts were thrown in different areas of the forest.

Similarly, in June this year, 56-year-old Manoj Sai killed his unmarried partner Saraswati Vaidya, 32, and cooked her body parts in a pressure cooker.
