Karachi: The Anti-Vehicle Lifting Cell has arrested two operatives of a gang that steals and sells vehicles in Sindh and recovers the stolen vehicles.
According to Express News, the operation of Anti-Vehicle Lifting Cell North Nazimabad arrested 2 operatives of gangs selling inside Sindh by stealing cars, the accused had also stolen an official vehicle from near Sindh Secretariat and sold it in Sukkur.
According to the authorities, the gang used to steal vehicles from different areas of the city and sell them inside Sindh.
The police claimed that the accused stole the official Suzuki cultus number GS-4752 from the back alley of the Sindh Secretariat and sold it to an accused named Danish Sheikh in Sukkur, for whose recovery a police party has been dispatched. Used Toyota Corolla car which is tempered is being inspected by FSL.
The accused are common criminals, who are involved in several incidents of stealing cars from Karachi and sell the stolen cars to different people inside Sindh. are
