Sydney: New research has revealed that women are more likely to cheat than men.
It’s theorized that most men cheat on women because their partners lose interest in sex over time, but new research has revealed that women are actually more likely to cheat than men.
In a study by Australian researchers and Federation University, 240 women between the ages of 18 and 67 were observed, which found that women liked sex with men, but they were more likely to have sex with a single partner. Because of this, they get bored and look for a new way to satisfy themselves.
Research findings illustrate that women’s reasons for infidelity can vary, including societal expectations, abuse or neglect, or mental health issues.
While this study helps men understand women and protect themselves from potential harm, it also challenges the notion that only men are unfaithful.
