Karachi: Federal Interior Minister Rana Sanaullah has said that after the completion of the audio leak investigation, the government allowed the FIA to arrest Shaukat Tareen.
While talking to the media in Karachi, Rana Sanaullah said that Shaukat Tareen was seduced by Imran Khan, FIA sought permission to arrest the former finance minister after the audio leak investigation was completed, which was granted by the government. Soon the law will be in motion against Imran Khan, the nation will see the steps after the judgments from the courts.
Rana Sanaullah said that ‘Imran Khan wants to hold early elections so that the investigation of the ongoing cases against him will be stopped and then the cases will be suppressed’.
He said that the future of Pakistan is connected with CPEC, they are working day and night for maintaining peace, development and prosperity of the country, the bright future of Pakistan is connected with CPEC, the security of foreign citizens is being ensured, Imran Khan always did vengeful politics and ran anti-national policies.
In response to a question, Rana Sanaullah said that the Interior Minister said that Sheikh Rasheed is in jail because of his nonsense and unnecessary statements, he made a statement against the head of a big party and then went to court when a case was registered. , on which the court rejected his request.
The Federal Minister of Interior said that ‘a new wave of terrorism has started in the country, but the federal, provincial governments and all law enforcement agencies are trying to end terrorism and we will succeed in it’.
Rana Sanaullah said that ‘Imran Khan, who talks badly, tried his best to default the country but he failed, today he is demanding elections, elections must be held after five years in the constitution’. He said that ‘Imran Khan is working on ego and stubbornness to complete his vile agenda, first he tried to invade Islamabad but the people failed him’.
The Federal Interior Minister said that holding elections is the work of the Election Commission and not of the government. It should be, if someone demands an election by coercion and threats, the Election Commission has the right to take legal action against him.
