Berlin: Germany has allowed Syrians and Turks living in the country to call their relatives in the two devastated countries, and such people will be issued a 3-month visa.
According to Urdu News, more than 25,000 people have died in the devastating earthquake in Turkey and Syria, Germany has announced to issue 3-month visas to Turkish and Syrian earthquake victims.
Due to the severe cold in the affected areas, not only the relief activities are being interrupted, but also millions of people are affected who are in urgent need of assistance.
International aid is reaching areas in both countries where rescue teams are trying to pull children out from under the rubble.
On the other hand, Germany has announced the issuance of 3-month visas for the earthquake victims of Turkey and Syria and their families.
The German Interior Minister says that this is an emergency aid, we will allow the Turkish and Syrian families in Germany to invite their close relatives from the two devastated countries to their homes.
He said that those who are eligible for regular visas will be given 3-month visas immediately.
It should be noted that there are about 2.9 million Turkish people living in Germany, half of whom have Turkish citizenship, and 9.24 thousand people from Syria are also living in Germany.
