Islamabad: Chairman PTI challenged the decision to cancel his bail in the court.
On May 9, Chairman PTI Imran Khan challenged the decision to reject bail in 9 cases, including judicial complex attack and forgery, in the Islamabad High Court.
Through the mediation of lawyer Salman Safdar, 9 petitions have been filed in the Islamabad High Court, in which the chairman PTI has made the estate and the plaintiff a party to the case. In the petition, it has been stated that 6 bails of Chairman PTI have been discharged from Sessions Court and 3 from ATC.
It has been requested in the petition that the decision of Chairman PTI to reject bail in 9 cases should be annulled. The trial court dismissed the bails for non-compliance without considering the merits. In order to meet the requirements of justice, the decisions of the trial courts should be set aside. The trial courts should be directed to hear the cases again and decide on the merits. In these 9 cases, the police should be prevented from making arrests.
