Karachi: More than half a dozen bandits on 9 motorbikes raided a tea house near Mainabazar in Karimabad area and ran away after robbing the people there of lakhs of rupees and mobile phones.
According to the police, the armed robbers took away mobile phones, cash and valuables from more than a dozen citizens present at the tea house. The armed robbers stole 5.5 lakh rupees from a citizen, 24 thousand rupees from a citizen and a valuable motorcycle from a citizen and managed to escape easily.
Regarding the incident that took place in the area of Azizabad police station on Friday night, the staff of the tea house said that when the armed robbers arrived for the incident, there were more than 100 customers and staff from the tea house who were sitting on the chairs outside the tea house. were Seeing the armed robbers, many customers fled while some remained seated, who were robbed of their mobile phones and cash at gunpoint.
The armed robbers wore masks to hide their faces. According to the hotel staff, there was an accident at the tea house a year and a half ago.
