Tokyo: Japanese experts have developed a new method to obtain the purest mRNA that can be used to produce a 100% pure mRNA vaccine.

This method is called ‘purecap’ method in which the purity is highest. Pure mRNA vaccines can be made very quickly and easily in this process. If this is possible, three to four times more effective protein can be made in the process of strengthening the body’s natural defense system and the effectiveness of the vaccine can also be estimated from this.

According to a report published in Nature Communications, Nagoya University Professor Hiroshi Abe, in collaboration with Tokyo Medical University, has developed a new PureCap method in which a label is applied to the mRNA during the capping step, which can then be easily isolated. Is. Thus 98 to 100 times pure vaccine can be obtained.

We have used mRNA vaccine against corona virus. Similarly, this method will also be useful in the preparation of cancer vaccine in the future. Side effects of such vaccines and internal inflammation can also be reduced.

But first we need to understand why mRNA vaccines are not pure. During the capping step, an external cap-like structure is added to the mRNA to optimize its translation (directive state of protein synthesis). But now only one end of the mRNA has a cap that can be removed later. Thus a pure mRNA vaccine is obtained.

Experts have experimentally tested it on Corona vaccine and obtained 98% pure mRNA vaccine.
