Former US President Donald Trump was formally arrested and released in the case of interference in the 2020 presidential election.
According to foreign media, Trump presented himself in the Fulton County Jail in the election interference case, where, for the first time in American history, a photo of the former president with prisoners was made, which was later released.
The Fulton County Sheriff told American media that the former president’s fingerprints were taken again at the jail.
Trump appeared a day before his surrender deadline, returning to Conway after posting $200,000 bail.
