Elon Musk, the world’s richest person, has reacted to the death of the head of the Wagner military group that rebelled against Russian President Putin.
Recall that Yevgeny Prigozhin, head of Wagner, the group leading the coup against Russian President Vladimir Putin, was killed in a plane crash yesterday, confirmed by Russian authorities.
Reacting to Yevgeny Prigozhin’s death, Elon Musk, CEO of Tesla and owner of X, said that ‘the death of Wagner’s chief took longer than he expected, there is a small chance that it was a psychological thought.’
Elon Musk’s reaction came after an X (Tweet) user posted, “It didn’t take long.”
It should be noted that in the month of June of this year, Wagner entered Russia with his forces to overthrow the military leadership of Moscow. Russian President Putin called this coup against him a ‘treason’.
