Along with the poor, the white-clad also became unable to pay the electricity bills.

Users of less than 200 units are also paying bills of thousands of rupees. The situation will worsen after the increase of four rupees per unit by Nepra.

Additional amount is being charged in the name of tariff adjustment in bills. The electricity bill has become a nightmare for the citizens which every citizen has to bear every month.

According to the details, the rapid increase in the price of electricity has disrupted all aspects of the citizens’ lives. The bills of thousands of rupees have raised the cries of the citizens because of no increase in income but the speed with which the electricity rates are being increased. Due to this, the ability of the citizens to pay the bills has ended.
