Well-known Bollywood director and actor Farhan Akhtar has introduced Ranveer Singh as Don in place of Shah Rukh Khan in the third installment of the film ‘Don’.
Fans were not impressed to see actor Ranveer Singh as Don in the third installment of the blockbuster film series ‘Don’.
Some fans have praised the teaser of the third installment of the film series to be released in 2025, but some fans have threatened the director to boycott the film.
But Farhan Akhtar is confident that Ranveer Singh, the new don of Bollywood, will give his best performance.
Farhan Akhtar said in a recent interview that I am not worried at all and neither should Ranveer, I can say without any doubt that he is going to give a great performance in the film.
He said that this kind of reaction from the fans was seen even when Shah Rukh Khan took over this role in 2006, so still this kind of reaction should be expected.
Acknowledging people’s emotional attachment to the film series ‘Don’, Farhan Akhtar said, “I understand and respect the sentiments of the fans.”
He praised both disappointed and excited fans, acknowledging that the film’s legacy evokes strong emotions.
Farhan Akhtar concluded by saying that my focus is on making an attractive film that will appeal to the audience.
It should be remembered that the famous role of ‘Don’ was first played by legendary actor Amitabh Bachchan in 1978 and then in 2006 and 2011, Shah Rukh Khan won the hearts of fans as Don.
