Taliban stopped 100 women going to Dubai for university scholarship.
The Afghan women were sponsored by a UAE business group.
Khalaf Ahmad Al Habtoor, founding chairman of the UAE Business Group, said that the plane was also paid for for 100 Afghan girls.
He said that the Taliban government refused to allow Afghan girls who came for education to study.
Khalaf Ahmadul Habtoor said that accommodation, education and safe movement were arranged for Afghan girls here.
