Islamabad: Chairman PTI Imran Khan approached the Supreme Court against the Chief Justice Islamabad High Court.
He has stated in his petition that Islamabad High Court should be stopped from hearing all the cases against me and all my cases should be transferred from Islamabad High Court to Lahore or Peshawar High Courts.
In the petition, it was requested that Justice Amir Farooq should be restrained from hearing the cases until the court’s decision.
The petition was filed on behalf of chairman PTI through advocate Latif Khosa. A petition was filed in the Supreme Court under Article 186A.

It should be noted that Tehreek-e-Insaf had strongly condemned the postponement of the hearing of the Tosha Khana case in the Islamabad High Court till Thursday.
According to the central media department, the PTI core committee demanded the Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court to recuse himself from the trial immediately and hand over the matter to another bench, saying that the Chief Justice of Islamabad High Court has merely violated law and justice. The core committee of Tehreek-e-Insaf said that the only purpose of delaying the matter is to continue the series of revenge and violence against Chairman Imran Khan.
The core committee of Tehreek-e-Insaf said that it has decided to file a reference in the Supreme Judicial Council against Chief Justice Islamabad High Court Justice Amir Farooq.
