Mumbai: Senior Bollywood actress Shabana Azmi has warned about fraud in her name.

Shabana Azmi, a 72-year-old actress of Indian films, said in a statement on the social networking website X that a fraudster is contacting my friends and relatives using my name and persuading them to buy various things from the App Store. The fraudster has sent multiple messages to my friends and relatives in this regard.

Shabana Azmi further said that she has filed a report against fraud in cybercrime. All friends, relatives and admirers are requested not to believe messages coming from my name without verification.
