Lahore: The Anti-Terrorism Court granted Fawad Chaudhry’s request to waive his appearance and extended his bail.
Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Ijaz Ahmad Butar heard the interim bail application in 2 cases including burning and vandalizing the office of Muslim League-N. In which lawyer Rana Mudassar Umar filed a request for one-day attendance waiver on behalf of Fawad Chaudhry.
The lawyer took the position that Fawad Chaudhry has an appearance in the Election Commission of Pakistan Islamabad. The Election Commission has called today in a case. The court should approve the request for one-day pardon.
Later, Anti-Terrorism Court Judge Ijaz Ahmad Butar extended Fawad Chaudhry’s bail till September 2 by accepting Fawad Chaudhry’s one-day attendance waiver request.
