Peshawar: The lawyer of PTI leader Hasan Niazi has said that Hasan was arrested from Abbottabad and transferred to another province without being presented in court. Ask why the accused was not presented in 24 hours?
According to Express News, the petition filed for the recovery of PTI leader Hasan Niazi was heard in the Peshawar High Court before a two-member bench consisting of Justice Ijaz Khan and Justice Dr. Khurshid Iqbal.
The lawyer of the petitioner, Barrister Sarwar Shah Advocate, said that first it should be told whether the country has a constitution or is it suspended? AAG Daniyal Chamkani said that an FIR has been registered against Hasan Niazi and its copy is on file.
Barrister Sarwar Shah said that Hasan Niazi was arrested from Abbottabad, he was not produced in any court. It has to be presented in the court. Now tell me where Hasan has been presented?
Justice Ejaz Khan said that what he requested in the application has now been cleared, an FIR has been registered against him, the Lahore High Court has also disposed of his case which was done by the petitioner’s father. .
On this, Barrister Sarwar Shah said that Hasan Niazi was arrested from Abbottabad and transferred to another province without being produced in the court. Why should not be served in 24 hours? It is now clear that the constitution was violated, it is the duty of the court to ask them why they transferred the accused to another province without producing them in court.
